Bugs found while testing on Nov 2 — for the owner to check
Testing notes from Nov 2, 2026, posted for the site owner. Some of these may be labelling issues rather than calculation bugs — flagging them so they can be checked, not claiming all are confirmed defects. 1. Edge volume share frozen: SOC profile Oct 26-30, 2026 showed EDGE VOLUME SHARE exactly 24.3% in both Core mode (37.1M volume, 110 bars) and Full RTH mode (49M volume, 130 bars). Volume rose about 32% while the share did not move at all. The site's own footnote defines this metric as period-driven, so this looks like a real calculation bug. 2. GDYN close-vs-POC mismatch: GDYN showed close $13.36 vs POC $12.71 labelled as +55.2%, but arithmetically that gap is about +5.1%. The +55.2% looks like the day's price jump leaking into that field. Worth a labelling/calculation check. 3. Themes date change may not recompute: changing the as-of date from 10/30/2026 to 10/29/2026 changed the label and horizon dates, but headline values I checked did not move (Space Economy 1W stayed +9.25%, IT Services & Digital Transformation 1M stayed +19.10%). Needs a check whether returns actually recompute on date change. 4. Search gaps: searching 'SOC' or a theme name like 'Semiconductors' returns 'No results', and the AAPL search snippet still shows raw page source code. Search should index tickers and company names, not page code. 5. Layout: the THEMES column in the Top gainers/losers cards is still clipped at the card edge with no visible scroll, and the Stocks checkbox label still renders with the box overlapping the word 'closing' ('Include opening/closi[ ]edge bars'). 6. Silent date clipping: Stocks defaults to end 11/02/2026 but the data loaded only runs to 10/30/2026, with no on-screen note that the requested end was clipped to the last available session. 7. Themes loading state: on reload, Themes briefly shows only headers with empty space before data appears — no spinner or skeleton — so a visitor can mistake loading for an empty page.
